Chandlee and Sons Construction, a commercial, retail and a small industrial contracting firm out of Alpharetta Georgia, began the demolition of a one story, 3,000 square foot building in the most desirable commercial areas of downtown Buckhead this week. Step by careful step, Seth Chandlee, Jim Chandlee and their team, began disassembling the building on Cain Street this past Monday. The process began by disconnecting the electrical supply and components, the water supply and plumbing components, and the heating and air conditioning systems. By Wednesday, the Komatsu machinery began dismantling the structure of the building. The scope of the demolished materials included brick, blocks, concrete, steel, glass, plastics, wiring of many types, assorted metals and various types of wood, along with all the interior finishes and fixtures. The site had been previously prepared and set up for containment and rapid removal of all the debris from the job site. This entire site was razed in less than four days.

Seth and Jim Chandlee are no stranger to any phase of commercial contracting. Recently, they demolished a complete SunTrust Bank building inside of the Miller Zell showroom on Fulton Industrial Boulevard-Miller Zell is a very well known architectural firm, designers of such highly recognizable retail vendors as StarBucks, Metro PCS, and many, many more. This project was unique not only because the building had to be demolished from inside of an existing structure, but also because every phrase of the work had to be performed while business was conducted as usual all around the work site. Seth and his fast track team came in one late afternoon and wrapped up the complete demolition that same night. What a surprise to the employees and customers the next morning! In place of this former 3,000 square foot building in Buckhead, Chandlee and Sons will build a 6,500 square foot, two story bar and restaurant from the ground up-a bar that is sighted to be the very best bar in the entire neighborhood. The scale of this project is similar to Chandlee and Sons' Bethany Bend Office Park project in Alpharetta. One difference is that the office park was design-build project by Chandlee and Sons. Another difference is that this Buckhead project is in a premier location of Metro Atlanta for Chandlee and Sons Construction.

Each of our distinct industrial construction partners all over Alpharetta are generally habitually dropped while using the controllers as well as plausibly while using the huge picky people.
