In September, the country's imports of finish steel totaled 1.24 million tons, rising by 3.3% year on year and increasing by 10,000 tons from the previous month. In the first nine months of this year, China's exports of finish steel amounted to 46.9 million tons, increasing by 14.6% year on year. At the same time, the country's imports of finished steel totaled 10.48 million tons, decreasing by 0.4% year on year.
